PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can securely complete your payments via the PayTR payment infrastructure using Mastercard and Visa credit or debit cards.

For both domestic and international customers, payments can be made to our company’s official bank accounts in Turkish Lira (TRY), United States Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), and British Pound Sterling (GBP).

International customers can securely make bank transfers through the SWIFT system.

In addition, we also offer our customers the option to make payments via Western Union.

REFUND AND ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

DPFMAC products are custom-manufactured and produced specifically according to each customer’s order. Therefore, once an order has been confirmed and the production process has commenced, order cancellations and refunds are not available.

The production process begins upon receipt of the advance payment from the customer. Following receipt of the advance payment, production planning is carried out, the necessary raw materials and components are procured, and the required labor and production resources are allocated. Therefore, once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled and the amount paid cannot be refunded.

The same conditions apply to payments made by credit or debit card. Since the production process begins once the payment has been completed, refunds or payment cancellations cannot be processed after production has started.

For this reason, customers are kindly requested to carefully review the product specifications, order details, production process, and delivery terms before completing their order and payment.
