Prime XL 2500

Our cabin model is produced for the cleaning of DPF filters and catalytic converters of all brands and models, from the smallest vehicle to heavy vehicles. Thanks to its strong and reassuring structure, our machine, which is designed to serve you for many years without any problems, is made of 304 stainless steel, including the engine, internal and external parts. All of its parts are manufactured with equipment that has proven itself in the international sector.

Thanks to its renewed and improved software, you can automatically take clean water, test, report and wash with regulated air. It does not require installation. It provides 100% cleaning of all particulate filters such as cars, light commercials, trucks, lorries, marine engines, trains, ships and generators. 380 volt electricity and air from an 8 bar compressor are enough for this air-supported model to work.

Thanks to its test feature, it offers the opportunity to test clogged DPFs before and after cleaning and to report the result to the customer. The filter inside the machine filters the particles coming out of the cleaned filter. With the Android software, we can support our customers remotely. Thanks to the renewed and improved software, all the settings you need are at your fingertips: with the simple menu, washing time, test time, temperature, language (Turkish, English, German, French, Romanian, Dutch) and air settings can be adjusted as desired. All necessary spare parts and connection adapters are included.

Compared with the Speed XL 2500, the Prime XL 2500 adds manual parts washing and cleaning, detailed cleaning with a washing gun and special nozzle head, a larger cabin (internal dimensions 165 × 120 × 145 cm) and a 5.5 kW stainless water pump.
