As Çınar Makina DPF MAC, a manufacturer of particulate cleaning machines, our particulate filter and catalyst cleaning machine is a first in Türkiye and Europe in terms of its working and cleaning features. It is produced in AISI 304 quality, matched to the cleaning product used. Complete cleaning and the reaction take place when the liquid reaches a temperature of 80 degrees.
Our machine starts the process by first bringing the liquid to 80 degrees. This is why, as a company, we first sold the product, then designed the machine and patented it. Our cabin machine separates the particulate filter and catalyst completely from the open working environment and performs a visible cleaning process inside a closed cabin. A special ventilation system expels the process steam from the environment.

All metal parts used in our cabin machine are 304 stainless steel, and for the other parts we chose brands that have proven their quality in the sector. That is why quality comes first.
Once the particulate filter or catalyst is correctly attached to the head of our cabin machine, you simply close the lid; cleaning runs from the control panel with a fully automatic control and on-off system.
It also cleans light commercial and heavy vehicle filters. By combining our patented machine, whose design belongs to our company, with a special formula solvent, we clean a clogged catalytic converter or particulate filter in a very short time.
